S’pore is the third best place to relocate and build wealth

Switzerland is a great place to accumulate wealth across generations.

According to a report by Henley & Partners’ citizenship advisory company, Henley & Partners has released a new index that ranks the Alpine nation as having the most opportunities to relocate to the country and have the highest earnings for both themselves and their kids.

Singapore ranked third, and the United States ranked second.

Seven of the world’s 250 top universities are located in Switzerland, which is a prime destination for those families looking to create wealth and secure a bright future for their kids.

In addition to great job prospects, the US offers an unparalleled education with 46 of its top universities.

Singapore is located at the centre of a growing economy, with plenty opportunities in banking, engineering, as well easy-to-navigate Visas.

The study analyzed education, earning prospects, career progression, livability economic mobility and employment prospects in 27 different countries to create “opportunity” scores for families seeking to move and earn a higher income.

The ranking revealed that an Indonesian family who scored 25 percent in their homeland could boost their success rate for the next generations to 82 percent by gaining residence rights in America.

In the same way, if a family of Indian origin with a score in Switzerland of 32% relocates to Switzerland, their advantage would be increased to 85%.

Global income variations are largely attributed to the country where people work and live. Selecting the right place to live is therefore crucial for ensuring wealth across generations.
